Privacy Policy

Studio Benwa · Effective date: September 3, 2026 · Last updated: September 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Studio Benwa (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile applications we publish on Google Play and the Apple App Store (each an “App”, together the “Apps”). It applies to all Studio Benwa apps, including Word Search with Levels.

By downloading or using an App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Summary

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit to ourselves any of the following:

Our Apps work fully offline. Game progress, settings, statistics, and unlocked content are stored locally on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App.

3. Information Collected Automatically by Advertising Partners

Our Apps are free and are supported by advertising. To serve ads, our advertising partners and their software development kits (SDKs) operate inside the Apps and may automatically collect and process the following:

This information is collected by the advertising partners directly. We receive only aggregated, non-identifying performance reports (for example, total impressions, clicks, and revenue). We do not receive your advertising identifier or IP address, and we cannot identify you personally from these reports.

Depending on your consent and settings, this information may be used for personalized (interest-based) advertising, which can involve tracking across apps and websites. Where you do not consent, or where you have opted out, our partners serve non-personalized ads, which still require limited data such as coarse location and basic device information for fraud prevention, frequency capping, and ad delivery.

4. Our Advertising Partners

Our Apps use the following advertising services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read them:

Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited)

Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc. / Meta Platforms Ireland Limited)

These partners may act as independent data controllers with respect to the information they collect through our Apps.

5. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, our Apps use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. Before any tracking occurs, you will be shown a system prompt asking whether you allow the App to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites.

You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

6. Your Choices and Controls

7. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, our Apps present a consent message the first time you launch them, delivered through a Google-certified Consent Management Platform. You may choose whether to consent to personalized advertising and to the associated processing by our advertising partners.

You may withdraw or change your consent at any time from the privacy or settings screen inside the App.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because we do not hold identifiable data about you ourselves, requests concerning data collected by our advertising partners should be directed to those partners using the links in Section 4. We are happy to assist — contact us at the address in Section 12.

8. Users in California and Other U.S. States

We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising identifiers for personalized advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and comparable state laws.

You may opt out of this by disabling ad personalization or resetting your advertising identifier as described in Section 6, and by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.

California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Requests may be sent to the contact address in Section 12.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our Apps, please contact us at the address in Section 12 and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Data Retention and Security

We do not operate servers and do not retain personal data about you. Game data stored on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the App.

Our advertising partners retain data in accordance with their own retention policies, which are described in the privacy policies linked in Section 4.

We take reasonable measures to protect our Apps, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or the app store listing. Continued use of an App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
